photo and fax viewer

whenever i download an image from the net and store in my
docs and pictures it seems to save, however it wont open
in the picture viewer for me to view it just says no
preveiw avalable ive tried saving as art and bitmap as
these are the only 2 options available ,ive also tried
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll but still not work please please
help

Running reg........... is good to repair lost automatic functions that XP
associates with photo files.
