Phone number/ password for net connection changes

When i try to connect to the internet and call up my ISP, my phone number has
changed, the password is different, and other settings such as firewall are
altered. I change to the correct settings, and sometimes connect, sometimes
not. If i do connect and go back and check my settings, they have altered
again. The dial up number always changes to 00112463615026. I have tried all
sorts of things and would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.

It looks like you have a Trojan dialer on your system. Make sure your
antivirus program is up to date and run a full scan and spyware scans as
well. This is an International phone number. Some of these Trojans will
dial out on a scheduler without any action on your part - if your next phone
bill is X Thousand dollars you'll know why. I suggest keeping the modem
unplugged until you resolve this.

Thank you very much for your help, Norton anti virus is fully updated and i
run ad aware personal at start up but it still happens.I,m unplugging the
modem now, thanks
