Phone Dialer

I can get it to dial, hear it on my computer, but can't talk without lifting
the receiver. Is there any way to use the computer's microphone to talk?

It should be a line-in microphone.

you need whats called a speakerphone modem, that you can plug in a mic and
earphons in order to do that

google "speakerphone modem" so you can see what I mean

What is a line-in microphone? I have a built-in microphone in my computer.
