Is there a way to send my boss a "telephone call" message, so that he knows
by looking at his emails that he has a phone call message?

Sounds like you want to send him an email.

Well, you are in an Access newsgroup and your question has nothing to do with
Access. Actually, I don't even see how your question has anything to do with
Microsoft. There is Outlook, but how do you expect it to know when your boss
has voice mail? However, you could just actually send him an e-mail to let
him know that he has a phone message.
