Phantom Macro

Every time my spreadsheet is opened, a dialog box comes up and ask if macros
should be 'enabled' or 'disabled'. There are no macros in this spreadsheet.
How do I stop the dialog from appearing?

Using Windows XP & Excel 2002.

screw excel, use Access
