Ghost macro

My spreadsheet has no macros but everytime it is opened, up pops the dialog
that says "Unable macros or Disable macros". How can I keep the dialog from
coming up each time the sheet is opened? Thanks, Barney

Hi Barney,
Did you remove the modules that the macros were in, and
remove the code associated with sheets and ThisWorkBook.
You can read more about this and use a macro to remove them.

When you record a macro, Excel creates a module in which the code is
stored. When you delete the macro, the module is not automatically
deleted. There are some instructions here for finding and removing the
module, or any remaining code:
