macro popup box

We have a company Excel form used daily. Each time the file is open we
select enable macros from the "disable or enable macros" popup box. Is
there a way to stop the box from popping up each time the spreadsheet is
opened?

Maybe you can lower the security level (MS recommends NOT doing this).

Or you could see if the author could use selfcert.exe to sign the workbook.
Then you only have to accept that author as trustworthy once.
