Phantom email account!

I don't even know what to search for with this one. I have a strange
problem, I had two email accounts configured in Outlook 2003. One is my own
domain mail and the other was just one supplied with the ISP provider. I was
getting SO much spam on the ISP one that I deleted it. There is only one
account showing in the email accounts settings and it is my domain mail set
as default. Domain mail has its own SMTP server. That's it. However, I keep
getting mail from the ISP account! I don' t have any forwarding rules set up
with the ISP account, I don't have any settings for it anywhere that I can
find but the mail in the inbox is definitely addressed to the ISP account.
How is this possible and how do I stop it! I can't find anything anywhere
about anyone else having this problem. It shouldn't be possible.
