Unable to sign in to rate a post. Click on Sign In Nothing happens.
How do i do it?
 
It's a piece of Microsoft fluff.
Don't waste your time on it.

It's up and down a lot right now. I've got it turned off for now. It's set
up to "rate" the post to find helpful answers (replies).
