animations and glitter graphics

Does anyone know why animations and glitter graphics would stop working. Just
changed to localnet.com but they said it was a microsoft problem, and not
their isp. Are there setting I can change or does anyone know anything about
this. HELP>>>

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab, scroll down to the
Multimedia section, and make sure "Play animations....." is checked.

If no joy, and I'm not sure exactly what animations you are referring to (or
what "glitter graphics" are), but I suspect you might mean animated .gif
