Unable to view animations

I had to reinstall windows a few months ago and since then I dont know what
the computer tech did because I cant view certain images. I have a myspace
profile and people leave me comments yet its only a blank comment, however if
I view them on another computer they show up. Some of the animated icons I
have dont move, theyre just static and I dont know what happened? Glitter
graphics sometimes dont show up at all, I thought it was because I had to
update the flash player but I updated flash and its still not working, help!
