PFBackup Error

I've installed PFBackup to backup my email. I'm running Outlook 2000 on a
W2K box. Use Panda Antivirus ClientShield. When I try to run the backup, I
get the following: "Cannot copy mailbox. The process cannot access the file
because another process has locked a portion of the file." I have installed
PFBackup on five different PCs and laptops with a mix of office 2002 and
office 2000 on W2K and WXP boxes and three of the five run fine. Two if the
three show the above error. Can anyone shed some light on this?

You stand a much better chance of getting an answer if you post this to a
newsgroup that's related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
