Can't reinstall Pfbackup?

This is what I get:

---------------------------
Personal Folders Backup
---------------------------
Setup has detect that you already have a version of Personal Folders Backup
installed on this machine. Before this download can be installed you must
first uninstall the previous version. To uninstall, please answer yes to the
next question.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Then:

---------------------------
Are you sure you want to uninstall this product?

Yes No
---------------------------

I choose Yes, then:

---------------------------
This action is valid only for products that are currently installed

OK
---------------------------

Then:

---------------------------
Setup Error
---------------------------
To install this download, please uninstall the previous version of Personal
Folders Backup using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Well, it's not in Add/Remove and I've checked the registry under
windows/current version/uninstall and it's not there either. I've also done
a search in the registry for pfbackup, I find nothing. I had to rejoin the
Domain cause my DC freaked so I had to get another profile on this
particular machine. Outlook is ok, I just can't install Pfbackup. Any
suggestions? I guess I can just do another OL profile. Argh!

Start Outlook and click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins>Add. Browse to C:\Program FIles\Microsoft
Office\Office10\AddIns\outbak.dll and click OK. (Note: outbak.dll may be in
Office11 instead.)

I have searched for outbak.dll and it is not on the system. There is nothing
in Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM > Add-Ins. But I still get >
