PFBACKUP cannot select path

We have installed PFBACKUP on a number of PCs and have set the location to
backup to as a path on a network file share accessable to all users.

One PC however we cannot select where to backup to as the file location and
browse button are greyed out.

The PC is running Windows XP with Office 2003 and is part of a domain. The
user has access to the share. The user is an administrartor of the PC.

Is the same true when another user logs in on that machine and/or when he
logs in to a different machine?
