Won't power down after set times in my power mgmt set-
up. Hasn't worked since I moved. Used to be able to
set it to power off after an hour of no use.. now it runs
continuously. Any idea how to fix this?

Start/ControlPanel/Performance and Maintenance/Power

Options/Settings/Apply/OK If you don't click Apply
before clicking OK, it will not save your settings.
