Pesky cookie

"Server.iad.liveperson" gets through my defenses everyday. I have all the walls suggested in the help forum.
What can I do to permanently lock out?

Stop visiting the site or using the product that places that cookie on your
system
Also set IE to not accept cookies etc - see the Privacy tab on Internet
Option in IE.

If it's coming back on its own, you may have spyware installed by the site
it always gets. From a post I saved:
