Personalizing "To:" field with each name in a distribution list

I've created a newsletter in Publisher 2003 (from Publisher I can email the newsletter as the body of the email message, rather than as an attachment). I want to email this newsletter to my client list of 200-300, which are in a Contacts distribution list. Other than a BCC: to all members; how can I send the email to all and have their name only show, individually, in the To: field?

Mike, I am looking for the exact info you are but don't
see any replies. I am new at this so am I doing something
wrong? Thanks

What you are requesting is a mail merge to electronic mail, which cannot use
a DL.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
