Personalized Shortcut keys

I'd like to be able to create a short-cut key for each of my many drives. For
example, I'd like to be able to use CTRL-SHFT-ALT-P to open up one of my
networked drives. However, when I create a shortcut, it doesn't give me the
option of creating a short-cut key. This used to be easier in Win98. Is there
some sort of work-around available?

Thanks,

Right click the shortcut and select properties > second tab over. Here's an
image to get you started...
