personalized Favorites

I have searched for an answer everywhere. And all remedies
have not changed my situation. Im new to any newgroups
and by no means a computer expert.
I just reformatted and started over fresh. No problems.
Except one. I cannot get the personalized favorites to
work for me again. I love that feature, but it refuses to
work for me again. I have it enabled in tools>Internet
option> advanced, and the feature is also enabled in the
customize are off the properties of the start menu .
And , according to my reg , it is enabled as well with a
yes [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main] FavIntelliMenus . Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
