I want to set up a FTP server on my computer, so that I can
share files over the internet. I want it to have to secure connection.
Is there a guide for this somewhere? I can't seem to find one.

Only the first version of PWS offered FTP server. If you have pro install
IIS and read the help files.

Unless you have pro, you will need to use a third party FTP app.
Do a google search for FTP servers.
