Personal settings

I, admistrator, created a new accout and turned on guest
account. When I click a new account or quest account, no
desktop window shows up, just the screen remains in a
blank blue window. Right-click does nothing. How do I
set a personal setting for a new account? I want most of
desktop icons of my account to show up in the new account.

What do you mean right click does nothing? You cannot get to
Desktop/Properties/Desktop/Customize Desktop? As for shared icons, place
them in all users.
