Personal Folders within Outlook

Hi,

Is there a way to stop users creating Personal Folders (*.pst) files within
Outlook, via the Domain Policy? We do not want users to create pst files
either locally or in their personal area.

You may need to modify the local user permissions instead
of adding them to the Administrators local group. GPOs
don't cover individual applications (besides
installation) such as Outlook.
