Personal Folders PROBLEM!

J

JTKirk

Greetings! I installed one of those add-ons for Outlook at work today (in
this case it was Agendus 5.0 for Outlook). I use Outlook 2003 at work. When
I opened OL after Agendus installed I discovered that it had created a
second set of Personal folders that were an exact duplicate of the original
set of Personal Folders with one exception -- the new set included several
Agendus folders. I decided that I didn't care for Agendus so I uninstalled
it, rebooted my computer, and restarted OL. The second set of Personal
Folders still appeared in the folder list. I tried to right click on the
Personal Folders heading and then close them. I got an error message saying
something like the object couldn't be founds (I don't remember the exact
wording of the message). I would like to fix this without damaging OL nor
losing any existing data (I have quite a few emails saved and archived on my
computer). I would really appreciate some help from one of you knowledgeable
folk as to how I can safely fix this and remove the second set of Personal
Folders. Thanks much!
