personal folders issues

I have user that stored their Personal Folders on the server, every day
morning they can't view their PST files. It keeps on diconnecting and this
happens every day. Is the a way of somehow locking these PST files to their
Mailbox/Outlook?

This isn't a supported configuration and invariably causes problems down the
line.....not only this annoyance, but very slow performance, and the
possibility of data corruption. If you don't have Exchange and must keep
your data in PST files, I'd put them on the local hard drive - and use a
batch file via scheduled task at night to copy that PST file to the server
for safekeeping/backups. Make sure OL is fully closed at the time; best even
if the user has logged out of the computer entirely.
