Personal folders duplicating/replicating problem

Our Help Desk has a complaint from a user, that when he
opens his Outlook, his personal folder keeps getting
replicated/duplicated several times and we keep deleting
them, but they keep coming back(not sure if I'm using the
right terminology). Any suggestions out there on what may
be the cause of this problem and how to resolve it?

Have you tried deleting the profile then recreate using a different profile
name like "test"?

Yes, we've tried that, but problem continues to occur. We
also have this happening on a couple other client PC's
too, so it's not isolated.
