Personal folder, 2003 to 2000

Trying to figure out how to move emails from my personal
folder in Outlook 2003 and bring them into Outlook 2000?
Does anyone know the process?

Is the Outlook 2003 pst Unicode? If not, you can move the pst. If it is,
you'll need to copy the items to a Outlook 97/2002 pst format. File, New,
Outlook data store...
