Persistent dialog box "Press OK to continue loading the content of this page"

Every website I access I get this persistent dialog box

"Press OK to continue loading the content of this page"

I can't get rid of it. Familiar to anyone?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
