Popup IE Dialogue boxes too narrow.

I've started to get dialoge boxes from various websites that are too
narrow to read see the buttons in. e.g Click button to continue - I
only get a 3/4 inch box that says "Click Butto".

The boxes seem to have shrunk lengthwise. I press the return button
to action them.

This has only started in the last few days.

Any ideas anybody?

Afraid not - I've also noticed that it is happening to my MS Word 2003
dialogue boxes as well :-(
It is baffling me.

Your initial symptom description didn't sound as if it was IE caused
and now this confirms that impression. You would be posting more
relevantly in a newsgroup which specializes in your OS. Normally
I would just cross-post my reply in that case but you haven't disclosed
your OS so I can't do that.
