Annoying dialog box "Press OK to continue loading the content of this page"

Hi, everytime I access a website that contains flash
animations I get this annoying dialog box that
asks "Press OK to continue loading the content of this
page".
If I don't press OK it just waits and doesn't load the
page.
Do you know how to deactivate this?
I've tried everything, even a minimum security and all
active X enabled...
