Have 2 users with the following problems:-
- Getting "You do not have appropriate permissions" and MAPI_NO_ACCESS errors when forwarding emails
- Getting a MAPI error no 2 when trying to send email attachments from Sage accounts.
I guess these problems are all interrelated but cannot get to the source of the problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and Microsoft Office but the problems are still occurring.
Have also applied Service Pack 3 for Office.
Using Microsoft Office XP/2002 on Windows XP.
