Permissions In BCM

I am trying to set permissions within BCM to block certain users from viewing
contacts and accounts that do not pertain to them. How do I create
permissions and/or security restrictions within BCM?

You can't. BCM is designed so that shared users have access to all the
data. If you want roles and permissions you'll have to update to CRM.
