Download BCM Database

I'm trying to download my BCM database and am being told I "don't have
permission to open he file" and that I need "to contct t file owner or an
administrator to obtan permission"! This is MY personal computer of which I
am the ONLY Administrator. How do I access the datbase?

Which version of BCM and which version of Windows? What is your
antivirus solution?

Define "download my BCM database".
