Here is the story.
Have Vista Home Premium. Computer with XP failed. So, they put the XP disk
in the Vista computer.
Now, I need to access the files that were/are in the XP "my documents"
folder.
When I try that, in many cases, Vista says I don't have permission. Why
should vista care what is on the added disk?
And how do I gain access to all those files? I have turned off User Account
Control since it kept getting in the way of other things I was trying to do.
Thanks.
