I am using Apollo Hosting to host my site, I set permissions for users on a sub-web, and no one, not even the administrator is being allowed acces to the subweb...when attempting to access the site, a message Permission not allowed is being shown...I even tried to send an invitation and this method did not work. Is there a step that I am missing? Any help is greatly appreciated

Can you post a url to the home page?

Have you contacted your host regarding this, as sound like this feature was not intended to be
active, based on the error message.

I had the same thing happen last week - which was the first time I tried subweb permissions on my new host's server. I called the host and they tweeked something and now I have no problems.

FP does not support webs or subwebs w/ spaces or punctuation in their names

Open the online root web in FP
- File Open Web/Site and enter http://www.larrymercer.org/ and log in
Right click the subweb folder "Krgm Audio Files" and select Convert to folder
- this will make the subweb a std folder and allow you to rename it
(it also will remove any unique permission from it)
Right click the folder and rename it to "Krgm_Audio_Files"
Right click the folder "Krgm_Audio_Files" and select Convert to Web
- then double click it to open the subweb and select Tools Server to set the permissions
