Scrambled Permissions

Ran into an odd problem. Tried to add a user (Tools>Server>Permissions) to a
subweb. In doing so I changed the Permissions option to Unique ... Then I
tried to add a user. Got the user name and password created, but when I
submitted it, I found out (the hard way) that my host doesn't allow more than
one user. So I exited the area and closed the windows, forgetting to change
the access permissions back from Unique.

When I tried to convert the subweb back to a folder, it said that the
permissions did not match the root web. So I went to
Tools>Server>Permissions, again but this time, when I entered the username &
password, it said it didn't match so I couldn't have access. I've tried the
login I tried to create, but that doesn't work either, nor has any other
combination i can think of.

I can't get into the subweb; I can't delete the subweb. Is there any way
around this or is this subweb stuck permanently in limbo?

Thank you for your help.

You have to contact your web host and the may need to remove and re-install the extensions for your
account.

Thanks, again, Thomas. Yes, that worked fine. All I did was uninstall and
reinstall FP extensions. That converted the subweb back to a folder.

You have been a tremendous help.
