I try to log to TS and get this error:

"The local policy of this systems does not permit you to logon interactively"

The server is in a domain..

Is the Terminal Server running Windows 2000?
If so, you need to have the user right "Log on locally"

You can set this in a policy, either local for this server, or a
domain Group Policy on the OU that contains the TS, or in the Default
Domain Security Policy.
If the Terminal Server is a Domain Controller (which it shouldn't
be), then you have to set this right in the Default Domain Controller
Security Policy
