Performance Issues

I am having performance issues. I don't know anymore if waiting 3 or 4
seconds is normal for opening My Computer. I have major performance drops in
games that have recommended requirements the same as my computer specs. I am
running McAfee, but closing doesn't exactly help. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. If you need more information, just ask.
