Perfmon counter for CPU

I want to monitor the CPU activity of my W2K server (In task manager \
processes \ CPU ) as I want to know when it goes above 50%

But in Sysmon not sure which counter to add - there isn't one that just
says CPU

Thanks Daniel - tried that but its no good - that must relate to the CPU
time valuse in Task Mgr

in Task Manager - there is CPU and CPU time - the problem we get with a
process is that it uses 50% of the CPU - there are no relevant values for
the CPU time displayed that I can set a benchmark for in Sysmon

So what i need is a counter in Sysmon that reflects the CPU field in Task
Manager
