How to setup Perfmon to monitor Memory Usage for particular proces

Can you help me how to setup Perfmon to monitor Memory Usage for Particular
Process? When I select "memory" for Performance Object, I can't select
certain instance and don't know which counters to select. When I select
"Process" for Performance Object, I can select instance, but don't know which
counters to select. Please help!

Have you looked under the performance object drop down box for the
Application you want to monitor? I don't see why you'd be looking under
memory for a process. You want to know how much ram it's using?
