CPU utilization and system CPU utilization

Hi all,

Can any one tell me difference between System cpu (which is displayed
in task manager-processes-system) and

CPU usage displayed on task manager-performances.

My client has reported me CPU utiliation and cpu system utilization,
does it related to above mentioned thing?.
