perfmon problem...

hi everyone..

i have a process(total)\ processor time perfmon log.
i wanted to know what process uses cpu...
one problem occured that is Process(_Total)\% Processor Time value is
incorrect!!

server has two CPU..so it should total 200..
but when some process(anti virus program) use cpu like 70-80% for 3 hours
Process(_Total)\% Processor Time value start went wrong. ( 102 or 100 )
it's like at that moment server has only one processor..

you guys have any idea why this happens?

give me a any clue would be welcome.
