Would anyone happen to know how to grant access to perfmon (and counters) on
a Windows 2000 Server without giving the user local admin privileges? I know
this is possible on Server 2003 w/ the Performance Monitor Users group, but
this group does not exist on Windows 2000. I suspect there are registry keys
we will need to grant access to, but cannot find any tech article which
specifically relates to Windows 2000. Thank you.
