Peer Gaurdian email scanning software

[Peer Guardian]

I recently downloaded an email scanning programme called peer gaurdian, this
is causing me problems with my emails opening them and sending etc.
I have tried to remove this through windows add and remove programmes and it
will not let me remove it.

Can anybody tell me how i can remove it please.

I also had problems with PG using over 80% of CPU time so dumped it, check
Task Manager to see if it's doing the same on yours..
