I am using the latest version of IE 6. When I attempt to
open an embedded pdf page from a web site, IE does not
show the page and promptly freezes, requiring me to
<cntrl><alt><del> to end the program.

Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a solution?

Question: Does this happen with every PDF - have you tried
on other sites? Is this PDF an external or internal file.
In other words does it prompt you to save or open the file
or is it displaying in the browser? If "the site" has set
the PDF file to display in the browser and they have not
specified in the setting of Acrobat to do so - the result
could be ie trying to parse an object that is not giving
it permission to do so = delayed error causing you to
ctrl+alt+del or F4.

It only happens with internal files. External files
cause acrobat to properly open. In the internal file,
acrobat loads, a separate window opens in IE, stays blank
and the program freezes.
