PDF files

When I click on running a PDF file, it runs, runs, runs and then I get
following message: "The following addon was running when this ocurred:
Acro PDF.dll
Adobe Systems
Adobe PDF Browser Control
I try to disable this add-on but then "patch package could not be opended".
What do I do?

Might upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and see if the
problem recurs.

Any advice is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

Contact Adobe tech support and/or check on an Adobe forum.

You could simply uninstall and then reinstall acrobat

Foxit is indeed very nice, and I use it a lot. Not sure it does everything
Acrobat Reader can do, though.

I dont need the extra features + it has a BartPE plugin.
