PDF files are not loading

Since upgrading to Internet Exp. 6.0, Cannot get pdf files
to load so I can download them, or print them.. Can't see
the form at all. The college uses pdf forms. The last one
I tried was an insurance form.
On the bottom it read done.
All that shows up in the window frame is that little tiny
box in the top right hand corner that has the red square,
green circle & blue triangle.

Any suggestions (useable ones please)
I'm thinking maybe I need to change what program my pdf
files open in. I've check a couple of areas in internet
options, cannot find anything that links to pdf.

I tried the microsoft site. Just says that pdf files are
a third party software & they cannot help.

Uninstall Acrobat Reader and re-install it from the Adobe Web site.
