PCL XL error printing reports hp LaserJet 3550

For the past 3 weeks, most of our users have not been able to print Access
2003 reports on our hp LaserJet 3550. They are getting an error which says:

PCL XL error
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error: ColorSpaceMismatch
Operator: VendorUnique
Position: 9

They were able to print these reports previously. They cannot print reports
from any Access database, although they can print tables and queries. They
are all using XP SP2 with Access 2003 and are Power Users. I've contacted hp
tech support several times, and they have not provided me with a successful
solution. They are able to print with all other applications.

A strange thing is that I can print reports from my computer. I am the
administrator, but I've explored that issue with their computers with no
success, either.

Please help! This problem has taken up enough of our MIS team's time
already. Thank you very much for any suggestions!
