error message on printed documents

Everytime I print a report I get an extra page with the following
message on it

PCL XL error
Warning: IllegalMediaSource

This only happens on one computer I use, not the other (which is
attached to a different printer)

How do I stop this error message from appearing?

is the printer attached to the computer or a network printer? If networked,
is it a shared network printer or an IP printer? Can you print from the
offending computer to a different printer, and if so, how does that work?
