IMO it's as good as any of the other commercial packages... you pay's
your money and takes your choice. I've been using it o several machines
in various releases for ~10 years now.

Nope, that's the job of your email client. Actually it really ought be
done by your ISP, so the damn things don't have to be sent down the wire
to your PC in the first place.

PcCillin is actually a bit 'gung ho' when it comes to flagging spam, you
WILL get false positives.

No, but you can try Mailwasher which allows you to delete spam before
downloading
emails to your computer. Give it a try. I use it and it makes email
sorting a lot easier.
