I installed Vista. It keep reinstalling driver everytime I do a cold boot,
Some of the driver it reinstalles are
PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
VIA Standard PCI to PCI Bridge
Realtek High Definition Audio
VIA/S3G DeltaChrome IGP

Some times there is more. My motherbord is a MSI K8M890 I know it's not the
Mobo it's been change even cpu, mem, hd, no add-in card.

Did your motherboard come with any software? Everything you mention is all
on-board and that would seem to point to either chipset drivers, you may
need to check your MOBO manufacturer for updates or other necessary software
for your motherboard. If, you've changed everything as you've stated, did
you install software that came with the MOBO, if yes, you may need to check
for updates as I've suggested.

I've installed Vista without installing any software or driver... still
reinstall driver on cold boot
Then I've try to install VIA 4in1 5.11 and 5.12... same thing

I've change everything even the case lol, and I still get that everytime I
cold boot

Check here they have the same problem...

From what I see in the posted forum, this is clearly an MSI issue; and, I'm
not wild about VIA chipsets either. The only thing you haven't done,
besides ditching the mobo as someone else in the posted forum did, is a BIOS
update. Since not even the MSI technicians mentioned it, it's probably a
waste of time, not to mentioned a bit risky. Nonetheless, problem appears
to be on the hardware side. If you purchased this board recently and it's
still under warranty, I'd take it back and replace it with a board from
another manufacturer as someone else in your posted forum did as well.
